We offer risk-free returns for all orders. All returns must be requested by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your original order number and reason for return in order to place a return. R

How do I track my order?

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to inspect and process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been initiated.

Can I return a sale item?

Orders placed with a discount or promotional offer are eligible for a refund request. However, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund. Final Sale items may still be eligible for an exchange.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Once the item has returned to our facility in non-damaged condition, we will process the refund back to the original credit card. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
