Roasted Brussels SproutsUpdated an hour ago

INGREDIENTS:

1-pound of Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise
3 tsps of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsps of salt
2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
Pepper, to taste
3 tbsps of freshly grated parmesan

RECIPE:

  1. Place the Brussels sprouts in hot water for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat your Fritaire Air Fryer to 360F°.
  3. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the water and pat dry completely.
  4. Transfer the Brussel sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Toss to coat evenly, so that all the Brussels sprouts are covered in the marinade.
  7. Add the sprouts to the air stand in your Fritaire and cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Add the garlic cloves and toss to coat once more. Continue cooking for a couple of additional minutes.
  9. Transfer them to a platter and add additional salt and pepper.
  10. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and enjoy!
