How do I use the rotisserie?Updated a year ago
Note: Maximum weight for the rotisserie is 1.5 lbs chicken
- Force shaft lengthwise through the meat and center.
- Slide forks onto the shafts from either end into meat, then lock in place with set screws.
- Follow the indentatiion on the shaft for the set screws.
- Adjust the screws closer to the middle, if needed, but never outward towards the end.
- To insert the chicken into the glass bowl, simply insert the left side of the assembled spit into the rotisserie shaft socket.
- Place the right side into the hanger.
- Attach the rotisserie motor to operate.
- To remove the rotisserie spit, turn off the motor and the equipment by pressing the power button.
- Insert the rotisserie grabber beneath the rotisserie spit.
- Lift the right side of the rotisserie grabber at a slight angle to clear the bracket.
- Then shift to the right until the left side of the shaft slides out of the rotisserie shaft socket
