These chicken wings are seriously addicting and perfect for a protein-packed lunch. Pair them with some French fries or delicious mac n’ cheese. Feel free to incorporate other ingredients like bleu cheese, fried rice, and more.

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE WINGS:
1 lb chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

FOR THE HONEY SRIRACHA SAUCE:
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp fine sea salt

RECIPE

1. Preheat your Fritaire to 400F.

2. Thoroughly pat dry the chicken with a paper towel.

3. Mix the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.

4. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil mixture. Fill the Tumbling Basket with the seasoned wings.

5. Air fry the wings in the Tumbling Basket for 50 minutes.

6. Add all the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and let simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

7. Line the Air Stand with parchment paper. Carefully remove the wings from the Tumbling Basket and transfer them to a large bowl and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat evenly.

8. Arrange the wings in a single layer, fleshy-side down and air fry for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and starting to char a little.

9. Serve immediately.
