These French toast roll-ups are unbelievably delicious and mouth-watering, practically crowd-pleasing. They’re so easy to make, which makes this dish a little extra dangerous. It’s the perfect dessert and midnight snack.


INGREDIENTS:

8 pieces sliced bread
3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup whole milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Icing sugar, for serving
Maple syrup, for serving
Fresh strawberries, for serving


RECIPE:

1. Line the Air stand with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, mix the butter, light brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.

3. Cut the crust off the bread, roll it up flat. Spread over the cinnamon butter and roll it up tightly.

4. Whisk together the milk, eggs and vanilla extract and dip the roll-ups into the mixture.

5. Spray the roll-ups with nonstick cooking spray and place them into a single layer on the Air Stand.

6. Air fry at 375F for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown, turning them halfway through.

7. Mix together the granulated sugar with the remaining cinnamon. Carefully remove the roll-ups from the Fritaire and coat them in the sugar mixture, while still hot.

8. Using a small strainer, sprinkle some icing sugar over the roll-ups.

9. Serve with maple syrup and fresh strawberries.
